Welcome to HUSET
HUSET is a cultural and activity house with a variety of workshops for everyone.
HUSET is situated in the center of Århus and is visited by students, artists, children, senior citizens, and designers, both amateur and professional from all over the world.
graphic workshop
This workshop provides facilities for working with computers and printing your own design, text, or photo in colour or black and white. All our PCs are connected to the Internet and have Photoshop, Indesign and many other programs. You can scan in both A4 and A3 sizes on our scanners. This is just the place to make your posters and cards or to improve your photos.
Prices: You pay for the loan of the PC and for prints - we also sell blank DVDs/CDs and USB keys.
photography
Professional lightning equipment is availble and there are various coloured backgrounds, with the possibility of blue/green photography / filming.
Prices: The photostudio may be rented for 125 kr. per hour.
Digital print:
The large format printer makes prints of up to 160 cm wide x 30 m long.
Printing is possible on both paper, canvas and vinyl.
Dark room
We have a fully equipped dark room, where you can develop your black and white negatives and photographs. Qualified assistance is available on request.
Prices: Darkroom hire per hour.
Metal- and wood workshop
Here is a great space for making all kinds of metal- and woodwork with
plenty of equipment available.
Prices: You pay for materials and for use of equipment in the workshops.
Creative workshops
Workshops include: Ceramic, glass, sewing, textile, leather, graphic, and silkscreen painting
Prices: You pay for materials.
The staff in all of our workshops are happy to assist you where required.

Bus no. 4, 7 and 17 go directly to HUSET from the train station.
The bus and the train station are a 10 minute walk away.
Carpark and lift:
